Syncing Your CharactersYou will need to sync your Battle.net Account to your Warcraft Logs account in order to connect your characters. You can do this within the profile settings, located within the drop down menu at the top right of the site. Scroll down to Battle.net and select your region, then connect your account.
Error: This Battle.net account is already linked to another account on Warcraft Logs.
If you see this error when trying to connect your Battle.net account, your account is likely already connected to a Warcraft Logs account. To check this, try logging into the site using your Battle.net Log-In info. This will bring you to the associated account.
Updating a Renamed or Transferred Character
You can update your characters under Claimed Characters in the profile settings using the Add Missing Characters button. Your rankings and logs will be merged to your new character. This process may not be instant-- give it some time. If this does not work for you, you can send in a support ticket to email@example.com. Please be sure to include your old and new character information in the request.

Removing a Claimed Character
You can remove a synced character under Claimed Characters in the profile settings using the X icon in the “delete” column.
Hiding Characters and Parses
We understand that privacy is important to many players. When parses of your fights get uploaded without your permission, this can be very frustrating.
You can hide the visibility of your characters under Claimed Characters in the profile settings using the visibility columns. This will hide all your rankings in public listings and cause your character to become unsearchable. Battle.net also has a setting that allows you to hide your information from community sites such as Warcraft Logs.
