What is Warcraft Logs Recruitment?
The Warcraft Logs Recruitment feature allows players to search for and recruit members for their group directly through the website. One of the biggest challenges in an MMO is finding the raiders with the skills and personalities needed to get through the content. For this reason, we have a recruitment feature to make it easy for a group to find precisely what they need by allowing applicants to share their logs with them.
One of the key benefits of the recruitment feature is that it allows players to search for specific types of players based on their in-game performance. For example, a group leader looking for a new healer can search for players who have performed well as a healer in recent raids.
With the recent launch of Dragonflight and Vault of the Incarnates on Retail WoW, and Ulduar on Classic WoW, Warcraft Logs's Recruitment feature is more relevant than ever.

We have some new updates and quality-of-life improvements added to our recruitment feature. This latest update has some minor improvements and requested additions.

Contact Information for Guilds
The latest update requires you to put contact information as a guild looking for players too.
You need to update the contact information field to be shown in the results for players looking for guilds! If you do not update your profile, you will not be shown in the recruitment search results!
Last Updated
One frequently requested update is to show Last Updated for Guilds when players look them up. This is now shown in the top right in the listing.
There is now also a Latest Updated on the guild recruitment pages, so you know when the guild was last actively updating their recruitment post. If you are an officer in a guild that has a recruitment profile that is more than 30 days old, a notification banner will be displayed to you on the home page asking if your guild is still recruiting and letting you refresh the "Last updated" time of your profile. Remember that you will still need to set the new "Contact Information" field to be shown in search results (if you haven't already)
